Alternatively, a printable marker is available at ExperienceAnomaly.com/ftl, enabling functionality without the physical comic.

It is important to note that the app requires the user to download an image marker from the specified website or to use the provided comic book for optimal operation.

The current version showcases a variety of characters from Faster Than Light, featuring interactivity, animated sequences, and sound effects. Users can access additional information about characters, vehicles, and devices by tapping the arrow located in the lower right corner of the screen.

The app is compatible with devices running iOS 4.3 or later, including iPhone 4s and newer models, fifth-generation iPod Touch and later, as well as iPad 2 and subsequent versions.
